Special policy about exchanges & returns during CLEARANCE period (August 31,2019 - November 20,2019)

We accept exchanges & returns within 7 days of the delivery date. We are no longer issue a return label. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your items. The last day that we can accept a return will be on November 25, 2019.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be worn, washed, or damaged; and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

 RETURNS & REFUNDS
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 30 days of the delivery date.To be eligible for a return, your item must not be worn, washed, or damaged; and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Email us at wakingbeeus@gmail.com to inquire about product return and a quote for return shipping fee. If you decide to use our USPS return label, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please your credit card company and your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wakingbeeus@gmail.com

 

 HOW TO USE OUR RETURN LABEL 
  1. You will receive an email from wakingbeeus@gmail.com with a link to download a return label. Print the label and affix to the package.
  2. The label is the USPS Prepaid First-class Package Return Label with tracking numbers.
  3. Pack the items you are returning in any appropriate mailing envelope. You may also use our original package if it is still reusable. Cover any existing shipping labels. 
  4. Drop the package at any USPS at your convenience without waiting in line, give it to your mailman, or drop it in your mailbox at work. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays. Allow 7 days for us to process your request upon receipt.
